REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:

Must be age 19 or older
United States Citizen or legal alien
Proof of high school graduation or equivalent
Have not been convicted of a felony or moral turpitude
You do not have any revoked Real Estate License or Professional License in any State in the past 2 years
Complete a 60 hour pre-license course approved by the Alabama Real Estate Commission within 1 year prior to License Testing
Certificate of completion issued by an approved school
Pass the State Exam with the approved grade.
